She is survived by: her mother Edna Howard (Watts); her children, David Matthew Polley (Jennifer) of Bloomington, Christa Carter (Robert) of Springfield, Marybeth Rhoads of Decatur and Ned Rhoads II (Elizabeth) of Decatur; her grandchildren, Kayla Smith, Aimee Polley, Kaleb Carter, Jeremiah Palmer, Devin Palmer, Kiera Hankins, Sarrah Sharpe, Nathan Sharpe, Kailynn Rhoads and Jonathan Rhoads; and her sisters, Beverly and Deborah. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
