She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hubbard and Hope Hubbard (Hewlett); her husband Gene; her grandchildren, Cody Ohm and Avery Wooters; and her siblings, Bill Hubbard, Frank Hubbard, Ed Hubbard, Virginia Lenich, Melba Maddox, Alice Peters, Emma Beaver, Betty Hudgens, Mary Hampton, Shelby Sanders and Delores Mayer.

She is survived by: her children, Curt Wooters (Melissa) of Findlay, IL and Michele Ohm (Scott) of Findlay, IL; her grandchildren, Mason Ohm (Alivia) of Long Creek, IL, Caity Ohm (Brendon) of Anna, TX, Courtney Ohm of Crestview, FL, Ashlee Pritchett (Jared) of Waynetown, IN, Alayna White (Matthew) of Jacksonville, NC and Anna Duckett (Lucas) of Shelbyville, IL; her great grandchildren, Nash, Nora Ohm, Palmer, Leona Pritchett, Haydyn White and Audrey Duckett; and her siblings-in-law, Birt Maddox of Benton, IL, Johnnie Beaver of Johnston City, IL, Glenn Wooters (Connie) of Findlay, IL and Barbara Hubbard of West Frankfort, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to Faith Covenant Church in Findlay, IL.
