She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Parks and Betty Parks; her husband Wesley Rowcliff; her siblings, Franklin, William, James Parks (Jim) and Pamela Parks; her son-in-law Alexander Odzana; and her close friend Tony Campbell.

She is survived by: her daughter Tenka Campbell (William); her grandchildren, Kassi Washington (Lawrence), Justin Campbell and Jordan Campbell (Payton Kinnaird); her great grandchildren, Grant Washington, William Washington, Hailey Washington and Paxton Kinnaird; and her siblings, Sharon Etheridge (Homer), Rhonda Greenarch and Richard Parks. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
