He was predeceased by: his mother Lavene Maxwell (Parker); his wife Cathy Maxwell; and his sister Janet Maxwell-Culp. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Elizabeth (Chad Rice) and Ashley Joann (David Milam); his grandchildren, Parker Jean Milam, Avery Joann Milam, Cayson Eugene Rice and Olivia Elizabeth Rice; his father Miles Wilfred Maxwell; his brothers, Ron (Brenda Maxwell) and Gary Maxwell; and his brother-in-law Kevin Culp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Goodwine Funeral Home (108 Baltimore St, Flat Rock, IL 62427).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Flat Rock American Legion or the Ronald McDonald House.
