She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Cloise Curtis and Carl Kirkman; her great-grandparent Marjorie Kirkman; her uncle Roger Kirkman; and her stepfather Danny Clevenger.

She is survived by: her mother Carla Jo Curtis (Kirkman) of Flora; her husband Shane Roosevelt of Flora; her children, Madison McKnelly (Reid Travis) of Danville, Weston McKnelly of Flora and Avery Roosevelt of Flora; her father Kevin "Bo" Curtis of Xenia; her siblings, Kevin Curtis (Jessica) of Louisville, Amanda Petersen (Preston) of Flora and Kyle Butcher (Stephany) of Flora; her grandmothers, Janice Colclasure of Flora and Audra Curtis of Effingham; her nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn Littlejohn, Abigail Curtis, Lia Petersen, Kaylin Petersen, Ayda Petersen, Skylar Butcher, Shelby Butcher, Amara McCormick, Trevor Littlejohn, Elijah Curtis and Wyatt Butcher; her great-niece Brynleigh Ferrell; her parents-in-law, Randy and Donna Roosevelt of Clay City; her pet Lilly; Madison, Weston and Curt McKnelly of Louisville. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorial donations are suggested to a fund established for the benefit of Alechia's children's future college expenses.
