He is survived by : his mother Melvina Ann Edwards (Peelman); his former life partner Deanita Edwards; his children, Jennifer Lewis and Curtis Edwards; his grandchildren, Joselyn Lewis, Amber Lewis and Cole Edwards; and his brothers, Michael Edwards (Diana) and David Edwards. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
