She was predeceased by: her parents, Clem Button and Verna Lucille Lee (Knapp); her husband Jack Lee Cook; her great-uncle John; her great-aunt Ella Milner (Harrell); her brothers, Gene Lee (Joe Lee), Johnie Milner (Ruby) and Ronnie Milner (Donnie Milner); and her daughter-in-law Marcie Lynn Cook.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Lee Cook of Salem, Dennis J. Cook (Kathy) of Flora and Cindy M. Cook of Flora; her grandsons, Jeremy Cook (Talisa Ashby) of Olney, Justin Cook (Brittany) of Florida and Cody Cook; her great grandchildren, Jackson Cook of Flora, Jaymen of Florida, Tylee of Florida and Tripp Cook of Florida; her nephew Steve Lee of Fairfield; her nieces, Carole Ann Musgrave of Fairfield, Pam Tarwater of Overland Park and Stephanie Lee; and her sister-in-law Bernadine Keyser of Fairfield.

Memorial donations are suggested to Fur a Good Paws, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
