She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Whitely of Louisville; her grandchildren, Kaylee Gidding and Brittney Gidding; her great grandchild Callie Burge; and her siblings, Glenda Jones of Louisville, Randy Helms of Clay City, Robin Cross of Salem and Penny Glover of Bible Grove.
