He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Caudle and Lillian Caudle (Lee); his wife Theresa Ann Boyer; his siblings, Glenda Underwood, Carmen Lane, Jim Caudle and Kenneth Lee Caudle; and his mother-in-law Bernadine Boyer.
He is survived by: his friend Clint Green; his daughter Melissa Hall (Kevin) of St. Louis; his siblings, Mike Caudle (Tina) of Flora, Jackie Sue MacArthur of Friendswood and Pat Henry (Steve) of Flora; his siblings-in-law, Donna Caudle of Macks Creek and David Cook of Xenia; and his niece Jodi Gleason of Indianapolis, Indiana.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other special family members and friends.
