He was predeceased by : his parents, Dr. Jean R. Boatright and Betty Boatright (Glascock). He is survived by : his sons, Mike Boatright and Chad Boatright; his grandchildren, Kindal, Brady, Braxton, Cohl and Kaylea; and his brother Thomas Boatright.
