We announce the death of Larry Henderson of Flora, Illinois, who passed away on August 11, 2026, at the age of 84. Larry will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his mothers, Pearl Henderson and Genelle Henderson (Thomas); his parents-in-law, Frank and Verna Williams; his daughter-in-law Elicia Henderson; his brother Marvin Henderson; and his brother-in-law Rob Krantz.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Henderson of Flora; his children, Norman Henderson (Comelia) of Olney, Dan Henderson (Jill) of Flora and Vivian Sue Taylor (Tom) of Taylorville; his grandchildren, Brandie Beckham (Chad) of Mt. Vernon, Jeremy Henderson (Sarah) of Flora, Leighton Taylor of Nashville, Ryan Taylor of Mico, Nicole Goodwin (Aaron) of Lenoir, Tomi Taylor Rubsam (Jared) of Mt. Zion and Kate Allen (Jacob) of Kell; his stepgrandchildren, Crystal Saathoff, Jessica Stevens and Tyler Aldridge; his great grandchildren, Jaydan Rubsam, Jaycie Beckham, Liam Beckham, Ava Rae Taylor, Isaak Rubsam, Hudsyn Beckham, Lyla Rubsam, Cooper Goodwin, Hallie Allen, Hannah Henderson, Chase Goodwin and Miles Allen; his brother Dean Henderson (Sally) of Dwight; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Daugherty (Danny) of Uniontown and Frances Krantz of Flora. He is also survived by 10 step-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family suggests memorial donations in Larry's memory be made to Christ's Church Student Ministries, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
