It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Workman of Flora, Illinois, who passed away on August 8, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Workman and Marie Workman (Green); his wife Janice S. Brown; and his siblings, Dorothy Senters, Sheila Shipley, Charles Workman, Wayne Workman and Raymond Workman.
He is survived by: his sons, Larry D. Workman of Flora and Troy E. Workman of Xenia; his grandchildren, Autumn Baugh (Ernie) of Asheboro, Jake Bennett (Brandi) of Du Quoin, Ethan Workman (Jessica) of Bible Grove and Kirsten Slater (Thomas) of Zenith; his great grandchildren, Jase, Lynnex, Nolan, Runa, Warren and Silas; his siblings, Janice K. Workman of Flora, Norman Workman (Shirley) of Flora and Carl Workman (Lois) of Flora; and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Workman of Wayne County and Dixie Young of Xenia.
Memorial donations are suggested to the family to assist with final expenses, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
