He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Thomas and Agnes Rowena Tibbs (Butcher); his former wife Elaine Ann Kohrmann; his close friend Marvin; his former wife Elaine Tibbs; his daughter Lori Ann; and his pet A. J..
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Tibbs of Flora; his children, Kristie Franzen (Steve) of Sugar Grove, Jamie Justice (Mike) of Dekalb, Andrew Billingsley of Flora, Brandon Billingsley (Shannon) of Bargersville, Chase Billingsley of Salem and Sean Young of Cape Coral, Florida; and his grandchildren, Regan, Jake, Taylor Franzen, Lainey, Braden, Will Justice, Blake, Kallen and Landen Billingsley.
Memorial donations are suggested to Clay County Hospice, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
