Mike Persinger Obituary

We announce the death of Mike Persinger of Flora, Illinois, who passed away on July 11, 2026, at the age of 71. Mike will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Persinger and Leona Persinger (McKee). He is survived by: his brothers, Steve Persinger (Jodi) of Flora and Allen Persinger (Miho) of Tokyo, Japan; his nieces and nephews, Josh Persinger, Mandi Robinson (Brian), Michael Daugherty, Keith Daugherty, Drew Daugherty (Cass), Hunter Callahan and Hannah Argueta (Danny); his great-nephew Hoyt Daugherty; and his great-nieces, Carmyn, Pyper, Trinity and Chloe Daugherty.

Memorial donations are suggested to either Clay County Cancer Crusaders or Clay County Hospice, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
