She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy H. Kitley and Pansy L. Kitley (Davis); her husband Donald Ray Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Kay Kitley and David Lewis.
She is survived by : her siblings, Bill Kitley of Flora, Marilyn Lewis of Flora and Mike Kitley (Kathy) of Flora. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to Harmony United Methodist Church, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
