The passing of Patricia Fitzgerald of Flora, Illinois leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 17, 2025 at the age of 92. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar Hendricks and Bertha Almeda Hendricks (Asher); her husband Robert Dale Fitzgerald; her son-in-law John Murbarger; her great grandchild Brody Barksdale; and her sisters, Evelyn Marvel, Dorothy Bachman, Vera Hendricks and Wanda Cox.
She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Murbarger of Flora, Tanya Prather (James) of Flora and Belinda Fitzgerald of Shelton, Washington; her grandchildren, Tricia Murbarger, Kyle Murbarger (Brandy), Jamie Barksdale (Korey), John Hayes (Heather) and Cassie Hall; and her great grandchildren, Zoe, Sawyer, Landen Murbarger, Garrett Barksdale, Matthew, Lucas Hayes, Easton Daugherty and Stella Hall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frank & Bright Funeral Home (500 N Main St, Flora, IL 62839). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
