She is survived by: her daughter Sausha McCormick (Brody Martell) of Flora; her grandsons, Gavin, Ryker, Levyn and Manny; her father Gary McCormick of Decatur; her siblings, Betz Giberson of Tell City, Indiana and Brandon McCormick of Decatur; and her former husbands, Randy Payne of Flora and Toby Bullard of Jonesboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

Memorial donations are suggested to assist the family with expenses, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
