He was predeceased by: his parent Carroll Eugene; his brother Homer Joseph Lee; and his grandparents, Homer, Audra Winchester, Russell and Martha Shelton.
He is survived by: his mother Marion Elizabeth Lee (Shelton); his sons, Ty Spitzner and Nayden Lee; his brother Carroll Lee (Carrie); and his nieces, Chelsie Meyer (Michael), Cassie Clark (Aaron) and Callie Lee. He is also survived by 3 great-nieces; 5 great-nephews; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Powers Cemetery. A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations are suggested to the family for final expenses, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
