She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gary Wayne, Vivian Sue Lewis, Bud Clark and Dorothy Buckner; and her brother-in-law Tim Bell.
She is survived by: her parents, Herbie Lewis (Annie) of Flora and Sharon Clark (James Coulston) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; her siblings, Daniel Green (April) of Flora, Dustin Lewis of Dyersburg, Paul Green (Tabby) of Flora, Josie McIntosh (Alex) of Flora, Christopher Ferguson of Carterville, Kyle Lewis of Claremont, Tiffany Henley (Christopher) of Dyersburg, Kirby Coble (Emily) of Flora and Parker Coble of Flora; and her nephew Spencer McIntosh. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Epilepsy Foundation, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
