With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Harold Christopher Carlstead Jr. of Flossmoor, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Harold left this world on October 1, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Phyllis. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Stephanie Chavira (Jorge), Suzie Burnett (Derek), Harold Christopher Carlstead III, Chris (Stacy), Corey Carlstead (Erin) and Chad Carlstead (Meghan); his grandchildren, Lily, Zoey Chavira, Delaney, Ashby Burnett, Harold Christopher IV-Kit, Annie, Audrey Carlstead, Phoebe, Lincoln Carlstead, Will, Weston Carlstead, Carson and Chloe Whiteman; and his brothers, Jeff Carlstead and Tom Carlstead (Leslie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church (306 W 4th St, Hinsdale, IL 60521).
