He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Gibson of Foosland, IL; his children, Janna Horsch (Rod) of Foosland, IL, Janie Hennigh (Darin) of Mahomet, IL and Greg Gibson (Annmarie) of East Peoria, IL; his siblings, Mary Loy (Roger) of Medora, IL, Bill Gibson of Girard, IL and John Gibson (Wilma) of Gillespie, IL; his grandchildren, Jaycilynn Zeifang (Brian), Aschleigh Kelley (Forrest), Whitneigh Horsch, Levi Horsch (Casey), Emmaleigh Painter (Jacob), Abbeigh Horsch, Sarahbeth Mullins (Elisha), Olivia Rapp (Monte), Savannah Lykins (Jake), Everly Danison (Matt), Cody Hennigh (Kaley), Grace Fletcher (Noah), Evan Gibson (Alyson), Colin Gibson and Hope Gibson; and his great grandchildren, Machaela Zeifang, Mason Zeifang, Boden Zeifang, Josiah Zeifang, Liam Zeifang, Annalise Zeifang, Forrest Kelley, Jr., Tristian Kelley, Wyatt Kelley, Adelynn Kelley, Rilla Kelley, Reuben Kelley, Aleigha Kelley, Adrielle Painter, Jairus Painter, Emmakate Painter, Lincoln Horsch, William Horsch, Madeleine Horsch, George Horsch, Eleanor Rapp, Dean Lykins, Charlotte Danison, Molly Danison, Leroy Hennigh, Nola Fletcher, Sloane Fletcher and Dillon Gibson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harristown Foursquare Church (7570 W Main St, Decatur, IL 62522). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
