He was predeceased by: his parent Alverne Van Orman (Craig); his brother David; and his daughter Jessica Diane. He is survived by: his father Forrest Orman of Manito; his son Justin Van Orman of Forest City; his grandson Jace Stapley of Forest City; his sister-in-law Sarah Van Orman of Peoria; his nieces, Cydil Waggoner (Nathan), Jenny Shaw (Seth) and Hannah Van Orman; his great-nieces, Ellie, Rene, Tua and Pippa; and his former wife Carol.
