He is survived by: his mother Shani Amira; his stepmother Ann Smits; his siblings, Eric (Becky), Patrick Henry III (Laurie), Laura Martinez (Byrt) and Joseph; his aunts, Arlene Crowe and Sharon Gilson (Paul); and his siblings' children, Amanda, Michael, Nicholas, Patrick IV and Dayne. He is also survived by numerous cousins, grandnieces and grandnephews, and many friends.
