She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Simmons; her grandchildren, Renosha Evans (Mike Brown), Amanda Simmons, Clement Simmons Jr., Jerrell Wade, Mya Simmons and Jerome Simmons; her nieces, Janet Ishiah and Stephanie Pirtle; and her nephew Scott Pirtle.
