She was predeceased by: her husband Charles L. O'Hara; her son Charles (Buzzy); and her parents, George Tapling and Maise Tapling. She is survived by: her children, John (Mary Lou), Brian (Jun Fernandez), Liz (Jim Shinker), Mary Hanrahan (Dan) and Bill; and her grandchildren, Katie, Charles (Alison), Jack O'Hara, Molly (Sean Cassin), Laura (Jonathan Raad), Bonnie, Annie Hanrahan and Meagan Shinker.
Interment: Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, IL, In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital (https://www.stjude.org).
