He was predeceased by: his father Donald; and his sister Samantha Paulik. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Paulik; his sister Melissa Leal (Gustavo "Tavo); and his nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Gustavo, Morelia, Mirabelle and Amelia.
