Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Zimmerman-Harnett Funeral Home (7319 Madison St, Forest Park, IL 60130). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to the American Heart Association in Phil's honor.
