He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Eleanor Sanchez; and his siblings, Alicia Leal and Arthur Sanchez (late Theresa). He is survived by: his children, Linda Singer (Gary), Vincent Sanchez, Alex Sanchez, Karen Matlock (Marty) and James Sanchez; his grandchildren, Ryan (Liz), Kyle Singer, Sierra Hagl (Fil), Joseph Hagl, Nicholas and Natasha Sanchez; and his great grandchildren, Joseph Anthony Hagl and Olivia Singer.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (7750 W Cermak Rd, Forest Park, IL 60130). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
The Wildcats mission is to contribute to the youth of our community by sponsoring athletic teams, donating of funds to community organizations such as day care and health care centers. hosting various programs as well as awarding scholarships.
