He was predeceased by: his brother Kevin Collins; and his parents, Annie Collins and Herbert Collins. He is survived by: his wife Susan L.; his sisters, Dawn Collins and Patricia Kater (late Kevin); his nephew Sean Kater (Sasha); his niece Kristin Abrazaldo (Christian); and also Alessa Abrazaldo.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM and at 7:00 PM at the Gibbons Funeral Home (134 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
