He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Delaney and Pauline Thomas Delaney; and his brother John Delaney. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Jr. (Donna) of Fairbury, IL, Debra Artman (David) of Hamilton, IL and Teresa Bertram (Mark) of Urbana, IL; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Hickman (Chris) of Marshall, IL, Joseph Delaney (Stephanie Wettstein) of Bloomington, IL, Jessica Kilgus (Michael) of Fairbury, IL, Justin Artman (Robin) of Holman, WI, Sarah Artman of Kansas City, MO, Jody Fults (Brad) of Paxton, IL and Bethany Bertram of Mahomet, IL. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
