She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward L. Stengel and Lucille V. Stengel (Schelling); and her siblings, Joseph E. Stengel and Jean L. Pittman (John). She is survived by: her husband John Frank Meadows; and her sister Joyce Salter. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. James Lutheran Church (6024 N Columbine Rd, Forreston, IL 61030). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
