She is survived by: her father Thomas Slater Jr. (Sue); her daughters, Harmony Naujokas and Whisper Johnson (Dom); her grandchildren, Dayton, Zaidyn, Elliot, Camilla and Delanie; her siblings, Jennifer Keefe (Chad), Kay Cassell (Steve), Shane Slater, Jason Slater (Sherry) and Heather Slater; her grandmother Shirley Green; and her friends, Al Spiers and Greg Johnson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church (402 1st Ave, Forreston, IL 61030). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church (402 1st Ave, Forreston, IL 61030).
