He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome J. Michalak, Sr. and Patricia Michalak (Kierski); and his close friend Gary Rubly. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerome "Jerry" Michalak, Jr. (Sherry), Kathy Bradbury, Gary Oltmanns, Debbie Crawford (late Tommy) and Matt Michalak. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and his special neighbors.
