She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Bettner and Virginia Bettner (Lansden); her brother Doug Bettner; and her brother-in-law John Nafzger. She is survived by: her sons, Jonathan Russell (Jaime) of Carpenterville, IL and Ryan Schumacher of Mt. Morris, IL; her siblings, Bernadine Grenzow (Harlan), Teresa Nafzger, Dawn Stocker (Joel), Kenneth Bettner, Joy Svihlik, Carlyn Klotzbach, Tina Krebs (Chris), Patrick Bettner, Shawn Bettner and Stewart Bettner; and her granddaughter Marianna Russell.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Burke-Tubbs Funeral Homes - Forreston (203 3rd Ave, Forreston, IL 61030). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
A memorial has been established in Priscilla's memory.
