He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kilker and Marcella Kilker (Smith); and his son Norman. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Foat; his children, Debra Gromley (Gary) of Arden, NC and Keith Kilker (Kinga) of Lemont, IL; and his sister Lois of Denver Colorado. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Roger's name may be made to the Forreston Food Pantry or Rockford Rescue Mission.
