He was predeceased by: his in-laws, Clyde and Velma Bausman; and his brother-in-law Roger Bausman. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Todd Rowe (Karen), Toni Rowe (Doug Hill), Shawn Cox (Lisa) and Cory Cox (Heidi); his grandchildren, Kara (Matt), Josh (Kendra), Drew (Mary), Cari (Kyle), Lakin (Scott), Lance (Breigh), Ashlyn (MJ) and Morgan; his great grandchildren, Brody, Parker, Luxdani, Brady, Scarlet, Davanie, Navy, Kinsley, Oaklyn, Scottlyn and Onyx; and his siblings, Carol Brown (Jim) and Brian Cox (Jane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Tom's name to the family for a future donation.
