He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Voelker and Carol Fisher (Horve); and his brother Phil Voelker. He is survived by: his wife Julie C. Baker; his children, Brian Voelker (Brianna) and Brooke Voelker (Michael Applebee); his siblings, Matt Voelker (Stacey) and Holly Fisher; and his nieces and nephews, Rylee Voelker, CJ Baker, Courtney Nelson, Ricci McCartney, Mandi Kruthaupt, Anna Busch, Dale Busch, Brady Knutson and Ashley Knutson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home (2091 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (2727 N Union St, Decatur, IL 62526). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at the Graceland Cemetery (2091 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526).
In lieu of flowers, memorials donations may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church.
