Johnson (Jay) of Cape Coral, FL; her sister Jeanne Allen of Fort Smith, AR; her grandchildren, Andy Parr of Splendora, TX, Tyler Johnson of Jacksonville, FL and Tiffany Johnson of Cape Coral, FL; her great grandchild Leighton Parr; her nieces and nephews, Frances Newsome, Steven Allen, Sharon Hunter, Jean Wood, Ann Sanner of Sullivan, IL and Sue Adkins; and her close friend Michele Montgomery.
