She is survived by : her husband Thomas Cordts of Forsyth; her children, Matthew Cordts of Forsyth and Valerie Janvrin (Brandon) of Forsyth; her grandchildren, Hannah (Alex), Emma, Reed, Isaiah and Quincy; and her brother Michael Koyak.
