He is survived by: his wife Becky Nelson (Landers) of Taylorville, IL; his sons, Mike Nelson (Christie) of Taylorville, IL and Lance Nelson (Sarah) of Chatham, IL; his grandchildren, Connor Nelson, Kiley Nelson and Kyler Nelson; his stepgranddaughter Gabby Williams; and his brother-in-law Scott Landers (Dottie).
