He is survived by: his children, James A. Thomason III (Carolyn Kacner Thomason) and Elizabeth V. Thomason (Angelo DelGiudice); his grandson J. Alex Thomason; and his stepgrandson Anakin Berry.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Hamsher Lakeside Funerals & Cremations (12 N Pistakee Lake Rd, Fox Lake, IL 60020). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
