He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Hoeltzer Jr.; his brother Bryan Hoeltzer; and his brother-in-law Joseph Kowalkowski. He is survived by: his mother Charlain Hoeltzer; his sister Deborah Kowalkowski; his nieces and nephews, Joseph (Jessica), Bryan (Nicole), Sarah (Jack) and Hannah; his great-niece Lillian; and his great-nephews, Joseph, William and Cameron.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
