We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2025, at the age of 75, Cathy Sue Gremley (Frankfort, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Schneider and Virginia Stickney; and her brother Jim Schneider (late Rosalie). She is survived by: her spouse Gene Gremley; her children, Michelle Schiller (Kyle), Jason Gremley (Karina), Dan Gremley (Rebecca Ann), Rebecca Jean Podowski (Brad), Jeff Gremley and Catherine Gremley; her grandchildren, Morgan, Cameron, Drew, Ollie, Miles, Milah, Gavin, Beckham and Cora; and her brother Ken Schneider.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony Church (7659 W Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Interment privateIn lieu of flowers donations to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at https://bloodcancerunited.org would be appreciated.

I remember Cathy coming into work with a book under her arm, loving to walk whenever she could, and sharing her love for her husband Gene and children with stories.
