Douglas Fillak (Paula S.); her grandchildren, Christopher Douglas Fillak, Alexander Paul Fillak (Carol Kim) and Jessica Lee Fillak; and her nieces, Dr. Sharon Wolchik of Washington, D. C., Dr. Sharlene Wolchik and Jann Wells.
