It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James L. Kimble of Frankfort, Illinois, who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James L. Kimble to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell R. Kimble and Evabelle Kimble (Armstrong); his brothers, Bruce Kimble and Kenneth Kimble; and his brother-in-law Ted Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Carmella Kimble (Mendez); his children, Christopher Kimble (Kristin) and Katherine O'Connell (Louis); his grandchildren, Lyla Kimble, Ruby Kimble, Ivy Kimble, Violet Kimble, Daisy Kimble, Louis Jack O'Connell, Nathan James O'Connell and Joann O'Connell; his sister Linda Mitchell; and his sisters-in-law, Suzanne Kimble and Peggy Kimble.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (7659 W Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery South Elsner (21457 S Elsner Rd, Frankfort, IL 60423).
