He is survived by: his pet Governor; his wife Eleanore Ann Thole (Codd); his stepchildren, Sheila Forst McFarland (Michael Ruffolo) of Frankfort, IL and Edward Forst (Susan) of Vero Beach, FL.; his grandchildren, Dr. Bridget McFarland (Christian Jones), Jack McFarland, Brian Forst (Leah), Ted Forst (Catherine), Brendan Forst and Katharine Forst; and his siblings, Louis Thole of Cincinnati, OH, Daniel Thole (Valerie) of Mountain Top, PA, Thomas Thole (Laverne) of Cincinnati, OH, Elaine Schramm (William), Mary Lou Gonnella (Thomas) and Jerome Thole (Jayne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
