He is survived by: his stepchildren, Frank Shaw (Meg) and Debra Shaw; his grandchildren, Stephanie Shaw (Kevin Smith), Sarah Shaftal (Zachary), Daniel Shaw (Becca) and Quinn Shaw; his great grandchildren, Ruby Smith, Charlie Smith, Kieran Smith, Louis Smith, Jude Shaftal, Samuel Shaftal, Gabriel Shaftal and Scout Shaw; and his sisters-in-law, Lynne Ulreich and Jan Ulreich. He is also survived by nephew and niece, plus many friends.
