He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Witkowski and Roberta Witkowski Sr. (Vacheront); and his wife Kay Witkowski (Smith). He is survived by: his sons, Leon Witkowski III (Michelle) and Brian Witkowski (Jessica); his brother Robert Witkowski (Kim); and his grandchildren, Penelope Witkowski, Leon James Witkowski, June Witkowski, Kinsley Witkowski and Avery Witkowski.
