She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Julia Frejlich and Antoni Frejlich; her husband Nick Mady; her children, Julie Goelz (Rich), Denise Carioti (Rick) and Jackie Mzhickteno (Jim); her grandchildren, Nicole Winkle (Joseph), Paige Ruzich (Daniel), Genevieve Goelz, Ally Goelz (Branden Garbin) and Maximus Mzhickteno; her great grandchildren, Knox, Tate Winkle and Juliana Ruzich; and her family Faith.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423). A prayer will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (7659 W Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423).
