He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Ciastko; his parents, Alexander Ciastko and Lucille Ciastko; and his son-in-law Cliff Sales. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Anderson, Rebecca, Katherine Cuthbert (Jack), Gregory and Jennifer Lundstrom; and his grandson Brandon Anderson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (19515 115th Ave, Mokena, IL 60448). A burial was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery (16201 104th Ave, Orland Park, IL 60467).
In lieu of flowers, donations to Shriners Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
